Who are the e-globalPDF.mx services aimed at?
Companies dedicated to foreign trade operations that require the services of the SAT One-Stop Shop. (Ex.: Customs Agencies, Logistics Companies, Forwarding Agents, Importer and Exporter Clients, etc.)
What is VUCEM?
A comprehensive service platform and a solution that allows users to send information electronically, just once through a web page, to carry out the procedures of the different non-tariff regulations and restrictions of foreign trade prior to Customs Clearance, guarantees transparency, simplifies and enhances foreign trade operations, and facilitates their logistics.
What is an e-document?
It is an electronic document used to carry out administrative procedures and management digitally. E-documents can be invoices, declarations, permits or other documents that are used to carry out procedures through the one-stop shop platform. E-documents must meet certain requirements and standards to be valid and usable on the One-Stop Shop platform.
What are the requirements for a document to be transmitted to VUCEM?
- The maximum size of the file to be attached will be 3 MB
- Only PDF type files (not containing forms, passwords, compressed files, embedded OLE objects or java script code)
- In 8-bit grayscale.
- In 300 DPI resolution
- No blank pages
What is the difference between Service 1 and Service 2?
Service 1 only converts the document to comply with VUCEM specifications.
The user downloads the converted PDF.
Service 2, in addition to converting the document to VUCEM specifications, makes the request for the e-document. The user downloads the converted PDF, the e-document and the acknowledgment of the e-document.
What is required to automatically request the e-document of a PDF from Vucem?
- Digital Seal Certificate (CSD) for VUCEM
- Login and Password for the VUCEM Web Service
